Gentlemen:
While traveling home from the Mayo Clinic my "service engine soon" light flashed and my "overdrive off" light turned on just west of the Mississippi.
The manager at the local McDonalds recommended your dealership. It was Friday and super busy at your facility. I explained we were enroute home to the Lake Superior shore of Michigan's U.P. and hoping to beat the impending storm.
Your service manager very kindly was able to squeeze us into his daunting schedule. Within the hour we had a probable diagnosis and a solution to get us on our way by proceeding home minus the overdrive gear. We arrived home without any difficulty and have scheduled a transmission repair or replacement up here.
I wish to thank your service manager and your staff for their prompt and kindly response to our dilemma. What a relief it was to receive such superb service.
Of human interest...turns out your service manager's Father and I grew up three blocks apart up in Michigan's U.P. Imagine that!

pleased we are with our new 2009 Hyundai Elantra Touring. It's just what we were
looking for. It's great for trips, has lots of room, comfortable, many
