Communication was excellent, making the transaction smooth, even though I was out of state. Most of all, it was very apparent that they were both straight shooters, who were very transparent. Absolutely no sales pressure whatsoever, which made the purchase easy and enjoyable. They even did a photo/video walk around for me, so they could point out any minor imperfections in the vehicle. Then they took the car to get those imperfections fixed, so the vehicel arrived to me in perfect condition.
